[KAITO VS code experience] The "Install" button should keep on appearing disabled while Kaito is being installed

Describe the bug
While I was installing KAITO, the "Install" disabled button disappeared while KAITO was being installed. As a user, if I am seeing that screen and the notification at the same time I might question first where the disabled button went.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
I expected the "Install" disabled button to stay while KAITO is being installed. Also, if possible add a message saying: Installation in progress.
