I've been notified of the existence of https://github.com/rozniak/xfce-winxp-tc, and from the sounds of it maybe some of the unique stuff like the Start Menu might literally be GTK themable, so... you SERIOUSLY should add support for this project if that's the case, as it'll be bread and butter using all the XP themes on that.
