The num_consensus_indel field is not selected here:

covid-qc/src/covid_qc/core.cljs

Line 211 in 125a646

select-data-keys #(select-keys % [:library_id :num_consensus_snvs :num_consensus_iupac])

...resulting in it always being displayed as 0 on the variant histogram.
