Mixed use of Elucidation and definition

The annotation property used for definition is not consistent， some uses elucidation, some uses definition.
For example, process has definition, but no elucidation. Site uses elucidation.
Please correct this. In general, definition is needed for each term. Almost all ontologies out there use definition, either skos:definition, or IAO:definition.
