This is an known issue. CPCS takes such a long time to calibrate and generate all the plots. It becomes unusable when a lot is happening within BHTOM.
I propose to generate plots every 5 minutes (if any new data appears), not every time a file is processed. This should be a parameter easy to change in the future.
