In Gaia19axp target, there appeared one datapoint with 24 +- 22 mag.

We have to add a filter in ZTF broker where we do not download a datapoint if its error-bar is larger than >1 mag in all filters.

The outlier shown in this example, was masked as non-active.

Coded in antares broker in harvester, ready for tests.

It does work on test. I deleted Gaia19axp target on test, created it again, zoom-in at part of the data:

While on bhtom before the correction, this part of the light curve has points with error-bars in ZTF larger than 1mag, figure:

do not close this issue until we figure out how to apply this filter on targets already installed and Reduced Datums already downloaded. Can we de-activate them automatically? Is there a way to run an API for de-activation of reduced datums per target?
