ETABS uses Cylinder strength, so when we read a material we should set the cylinder strength to the Specified Compressive Strength from ETABS. Also, let's check that when pushing materials, we set F'c to the BHoM Cylinder Strength.

Unless this is on a version which hasn't been pushed yet I'm still not reading the concrete strength (see image). I thought that I made a modification for this a while ago. Happy to look at it in the new year if it's still not there.
