installers page not working

Just wanted to bump this, as the installer page is still 404ing.

It appears as though the installers have been moved to here: https://bmkeg.github.io/lapdftext/01installation.html though all installers return a 403 access forbidden error.

Hey Christopher,

We're no longer supporting the binary installers. We'd recommend building
and installing from the source code via maven.
