John's first iteration!
(posting link so I dont have to keep searching emails for it)

needed work:
-adding map results, cleaning up the code and migrating it to React (from John)
-cluster filtering options to make interface easier to understand
-clean up data--> this should be done anyway and will post another issue for specific vocab clean-up. Ideally changes should be in database since I believe they are from legacy datasets before we had better templates and controlled vocabularies
