In TorchTest branch when changing

sev(SEvt::CreateOrReuse_ECPU()) to sev(SEvt::CreateOrReuse_EGPU())

got:

simg4ox: /esi/opticks/sysrap/SEvt.cc:815: void SEvt::assertZeroGenstep(): Assertion prior_genstep_zero' failed.`
