Example, if mapped to http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/LithologyValue/amphibolite ldregistry admin could define

base URI: http://inspire.ec.europa.eu
logo : upload the INSPIRE log
label that should be displayed each time the system encounters the baseURI
