[Anon] LA - VI: Space Wolves: 30k Grey Stalker Huscarl does not have access to 'one-in-five' melee options

Problem:
30k Grey Stalker Huscarl does not have access to 'one-in-five' melee options

Expected:
The Grey Stalker squad has the option "For every five models in the unit, one model may exchange its chainsword for a:" (list follows and includes Heavy Chainswords) This option is available to the squad's Huscarl, however the Huscarl does not have this option available in the data.

The Huscarl does separately have access to his own melee weapon options, but that list does not include the heavy chainsword. The Huscarl would have access to the heavy chainsword as one of the "one in five" options available to the squad.

Given that this is seemingly the only unit in the game not to say "For every five ..." I'm not inclined to assume this is intentional design
