Add a new optional field that contains URL to gzipped catpkg.json or catpkg-gallery.json (catpkg.json.gz and catpkg-gallery.json.gz appropriately).

For repositoryUrl the optional URL is repositoryGzipUrl.
For repositorySourceUrl the optional URL is repositorySourceGzipUrl.
