I just lost 70K worth of BTC due to this and it appeared at #1 google link.
Is there any legal recourse for this? I'm in the dumps right now about it.

I have doubts on you,70k BTC holder won't make that mistake

We are collecting a database of scam sites and will be releasing tools to help you stay safe on the web. Sorry this happened :( Perhaps ICANN or an organization on the web can take your case, but you're probably out of luck.
