• Remove usage-based payments and prioritize marketplace payments
• ask people to connect stripe connect

if the person cannot use stripe, just add a comment there that they can receive via Paypal manually (monthly) on the same email

nope, just ignore it.

we use Stripe, do they offer the API ? if yes, just use the Stripe's API. actually, it's not super important.
