On the Quest Core BeatTogether mod for Beat Saber v1.24.0, the "score difference box" that appears with the "Advanced HUD" player option to show the score difference between other players while you're playing often appears to only show some of the players' score differences. It seems that whether a player's "score difference box" appears or not to you depends on your location in the multiplayer arena. I found this out playing a noodle extensions map and travelling across the arena.

The actual box shape appears, but the text on it is not visible to you**

I am not sure if this happens in private lobbies. (I found this bug in public lobbies [Custom, All])

This issue isn't necessary to immediately fix, however I think it would be nice to have this issue resolved sooner or later. (Maybe the next time core mods update).

This specific issue of the "score difference box" appearing backwards was only found through one playthrough of a map using noodle extensions. I am not sure if it's backwards on normal maps as well.
A video of this bug can be found on this youtube video, starting at 1:20, found on the right side of the video.

The main issue of the "score difference box" not showing any score differences at all/only showing a few players' score differences has happened to (me) over several matches.

Sorry for the late reply to this issue, somehow this went under our radar

I have to say that is interesting since we don't actually change anything with the way the score difference is displayed.
We'll put this on the backlog, though I can't promise if we'll be able to find and fix the cause of that.
