Protection does not work on Minecart Interaction

Expected behavior

That only those with proper permission can only access Minecart Chest,

Observed/Actual behavior

Player's that go to other player's islands with 0 access to it can OPEN and INTERACT with Minecart Chest. There also doesn't seem to be a setting in /ob settings for this.

Steps/models to reproduce

Try to open a minecart on an island you dont have access to? (/ob settings)

I also notice, upon interacting with another player's hopper minecart and chest minecart, you cannot take items from it or even insert items, but you can still view and access the inventory of it.

To really replicate it. you need an alt and a main account. Place a minecart hopper / and or chest mine cart, have your alt tp, and he'll be able to open each of them.
