Expected behavior

The Settings Icon should show in the setting GUI.

Observed/Actual behavior

Screenshot 2024-09-27 at 3 46 34 PM Settings icon is missing if all Basic level settings are hidden.

Steps/models to reproduce

Default install. Do not be Op. Run /is settings

BentoBox version

2.5.4
