I tried to install newest BentoBox to fix some problems, but addons not loaded

It says, that they were loaded, but nothing was warking :/

It looks like they're incompatible... We'll need to release some updates for them.

Addons should be working on 1.2 - but you need to download updates for them. I'll close this issue for now, as I'll be testing addons and publishing BentoBox 1.2 officially.
