Describe the bug
I was going through my Checkpoint backups on my microSD and noticed there were multiple backups for multiple games that did not show in the GUI when running the homebrew. I tried several things and found out how to get them to show up. For some reason it would seem that if the timestamps of the parent and child directories are too old, this is what causes it. I dug through the log and other files for Checkpoint and couldn't find anything tracking this so I'm speculating it's a bug or some sort of limit? Additionally, only new timestamps or folders are needed, the save files themselves don't need to be altered.
To Reproduce:
Cloned a recent backup that does show in the GUI
Changed all parent/child directory timestamps to ~2yrs in the past
This backup did not appear in the GUI
Reverted the timestamps to current date
Backup shows in the GUI with newer folder dates
3DS:
System version: EmuNAND 11.14.0-46U
Checkpoint version: 3.7.4

EDIT: My issue my not be directly related. I determined it is resolved by removing the archive attribute from all folder and files. This is mentioned in #222
I am running into a similar I recently restored all of my saves from my PC to my microSD card and none of the saves show up at all. I can create a new save backup and it goes to the same folder as my old backups but still in the GUI, only the new ones show.
