i can't restore a backup

Describe the bug
so basically i was adding mods and stuff to Minecraft 3DS , but when i needed to restore the backup i did before it go on and then stop and says "Failed to restore error : 0xE0E046c8

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'exdata'
2. Click on 'Restore
3. wait...
4. See error

3DS:

• Entrypoint:
• System version: 11.17.0-50E
• Checkpoint version: v3.7.4
• Result code : 0xE0E046c8

Additional context
also there's 2 icon of Minecraft 3DS , both with the same data , i tried restoring both but it didn't change anything
