Clicking the (?) in the Turns menu takes you to the lighting knowledge base

In a new custom game, click the top menu for "Options", then select "Turns" from the dropdown. In the Turns dialog that shows up click the blue (?) at the top right near the [X].

Expected:
Go to the Turns knowledge base article
