Currently in Fabric you can use open mirroring:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/database/mirrored-database/open-mirroring

In that case you don't have to run a notebook script to combine the excisting data and the delta's.

Currently it is not working with .csv files but will come shortly. So when that is in place we are going to develop that option also.
