One way sync?

I mirrored a repo and I just want to retrieve changes from that source repo and create a PR on my repo, but I don't want to push my changes to that source repo (because I don't have permissions).
Is it possible using this Action?

At this moment it seems a PUSH is tried to be done on source repo but nothing changes on my repo....
