Request: Allow dispensers and motion sensors to face up and down (vertical dispenser/motion sensors)

Dispensers and motion sensors cannot face up nor down.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like dispensers and motion sensors to be able to face up and down. Would be nice if a vertical dispenser kept its face instead of it becoming just a black dot :)
