It would be nice to add some visualization features that could be based on Cytoscape. For example, visualization of the ontology structure, visualization of the significantly enriched terms aftre topAnat analysis, etc.

Should we add a function to export files ready to open in Cytoscape?

Should we make use of https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/RCytoscape.html?
