AKAI: Odia+English input handling (Text to Text)

Overview

When user input is in non-english (mostly odia+english) in the English tab, we need to let user know that the input can not be processed and direct them to switch the language

Requirements

• Detect the input language
• If the input language is not English, then show user a pop-up with an option to change language

This experience already exists in KMAI, same template has to be followed here as well
