GitHub101 Event

Welcome to GitHub101! This event is designed to provide an introduction to the basics of Git and GitHub. Whether you're new to version control or looking to refresh your skills, this event aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively collaborate on projects using Git and GitHub.

Event Description

During this event, participants will learn:

  • The fundamentals of version control with Git
  • How to create and manage repositories on GitHub
  • Basic Git commands for everyday use
  • Collaborative workflows using branches, pull requests, and merges
  • Best practices for working with Git and GitHub
