Discovered a strange bug when trying to test the sharing library on the version 2 excel files of the Delatolla lab data (link)
The schema rules that created the issue was:
Because in the example data, the name for the protocol ID column is "Protocol.ID" - which is the header label, but with a period instead of a space.
the result generates an output like this:
which is not what the output should look like based on the source data.
This bug may be a result of user error, but it seems like removing the period may solve the problem, and when we were troubleshooting the issue live in a meeting, we resolved it quite quickly. Worth examining tho. Removing the period seems to have resolved the issue.
