Add SearXNG Support

I use a project called open-webui which works with ollama it adds searxng support so you can do current internet searches in combination with ollama. Chatbox is amazing and i use it for ollama. If would be awesome to be able to use it like open-webui but have it as a local app instead of a web app.

Perplexica is an OSS local alternative to Perplexity and leverages SearXng. I'm not sure how you could best use both at the same time, (besides maybe an API call) but it's an option worth knowing about:
