  1. 顶部标题左侧有显示，不很重要，高度和字体都有点大。（Windows11）
  2. 底部空白高度，一般问题不长单行就行，长文本时 可以设置成高度可拖拽或扩展全屏（类似微信聊天界面）。
  3. 还有时刻显示的工具提示，会遮挡1到2行的开头内容，可以竖排到右边的上下回答按钮一列。
