Hey! Is there any code in this package that helps parse/forge CSV files for Bulk API?
Schema is explaned here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/advertising/bulk-service/bulk-file-schema?view=bingads-13
I guess anyone who uses this Bulk service needs to implement that from scratch?

@lezhnev74 this library is very bare bones, you'll have to do it yourself.
