ic50 is not available anymore on CRAN #9

It is impossible to install ic50 from CRAN as it was removed on 2022-03-06 https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ic50/index.html. Since this is only a conditional package for LabGuru, maybe it should be moved to suggests (i.e. only import it if ic50 functionality is used)?
