Install MEME suite for MotifPeeker Bioconductor/Contributions#3483 following creation of an INSTALL file.

MEME suite is also needed for Bioconductor package memes

  • documentation
  • install on nebbiolo2 (spb member)
  • install on lconway (spb member)
  • install on kjohnson3
  • install on kunpeng2

Note: Not add to salt but not for bbs container due to licensing and not installing on palomino8 since the WSL needs to be activated, but we have decided against doing this for now.
