I have a question regarding the PRED value. I understand that PRED represents the prediction score, but I would like to clarify its definition. Specifically:
1. How should PRED be interpreted in terms of promoter prediction confidence?
2. Is there a recommended threshold for determining whether a sequence is likely to be a promoter?
3. Are there any confidence intervals or statistical measures associated with PRED?
