feat(contracts): Implement RaffleContract

What would you like to be added:

Implement a RaffleContract that the UI calls, instead of making a direct contract call to the bridge. The method call will then get proxied to the BridgeProxy.

Why is this needed:

Part of the marketing campaign for the bridge.
