Balances - Hot Wallet Liquidity

What would you like to be added:

Currently, there's no way of displaying the liquidity on hot wallets. There's already an endpoint for this. Just need to work on the display.

Endpoint

• MainNet - https://api.quantumbridge.app/balances
• TestNet - https://testnet.api.quantumbridge.app/balances
• [ ]Once this is done, replace the error messages of "Unable to process transaction" to "Not enough liquidity (update with better copy)"
