可否增加“详细歌曲名”的选项？ #19

目前获取到的是“去介绍”、“去译名”、“去括号内容”之后的歌曲名，这当然能够增加转歌单的成功率，但是在某些特殊情况下还是需要一个能获取到QQ音乐原生歌曲名的功能。

例如这两首同名但不同专辑的歌曲就会出现一模一样的情况

anyway，很感谢作者的付出，很实用的一款工具！
