Mod menu failed to load config screen for 'blanket-client-tweaks'

Describe the bug
I added this mod to my Minecraft and it doesn't crash, but the mod menu shows an error instead of the config settings.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I just added the mod to my Minecraft. To specify, I have other mods too, but it doesn't conflict with them because they work well. Only the mod menu seems to have an issue.

Expected behavior
The button for the settings of the mod is either red or with a red '!' and it says that it failed to load the config file.

Additional context
I use TLauncher, not official Minecraft.
