It would be nice if we could combine/batch multiple notifications for a recipient. Due to time frames or maybe other restrictions, it's possible that notifications get deferred. This might lead to many notifications being scheduled for the same time. To prevent a notification flood, it should be possible to configure a combining process for the notifications.
