Bug: Transform values not showing in Redo Last when using Gizmodal Ops #9

Describe the bug
After selecting then transforming an object by tapping G, R or S the Redo Last panel will show no values for the last transform

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Select an object
Tap G, R or S
Use one of the transform gizmo handles or combination axis handles to do a transform
Evoke the Redo Last panel
90% of the time no values will be seen in Redo Panel
NB. if you repeat the above steps but HOLD G, R or S and use the screen based transform for the first transform the Redo Panel will show values for the most recent transform

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to see values in the Redo Panel after doing any transform
