The GTFS file is at URL http://15.206.194.4/gtfs/gtfs.zip.
The generated output is at http://15.206.194.4/html.

In the GTFS file, the stop_times for the first and last stop have been included. Also the intermediate stops are listed in the stop_times files with empty arrival and departure. Ideally they should be shown in the HTML as Interpolated.

Can you share your config.json settings for this? Is the value of showOnlyTimepoints set to true?

Thanks for sharing this.

I pushed an updated version of GTFS-to-HTML that handles stoptimes with no timepoint field and where arrival_time and departure_time are blank.

These will no longer show up as "skipped" with the "No service" symbol, instead these will just be empty.

If you want them to show actual times, you'll need to include some actual time values for these stoptimes. If you'd like them to have the "interpolated" symbol, add a timepoint field to stop_times.txt and give them a value of "0".
