Nvidia Shadowplay - Resolution

Has anyone had issues with Nvidia Shadowplay capturing video while using Magpie? Shadowplay can't record at the resolution shown on the screen and instead has a squished resolution which makes the video almost unwatchable. No idea how to fix.

I've noticed that the squished resolution persists after using Magpie and even turning it off. To fix Shadowplay, you have to turn off shadowplay then turn it back on to fix the recording resolution.
