Adding frame interpolation

I thought that we could benefit from frame interpolation after.
I was that searching online for something like this and stumbled across flowframe
So, can it be implemented?

i also searched for frame interpolation but in that discussion you said it is complex so i thought that just using code from flowframe could make it easier
