Add support for loading Web App from local directory

Since user may want to use the companion app on a computer without internet access. Is is possible to add a option that allows user to load already downloaded client web app from specified path?

Would definitely be possible, however without internet the Spotify widget wouldn't work. I'm planning on implementing multiple other sources though, and hopefully also one that uses the built-in desktop media controls :)
