Add "Now Playing" for anything

I don't like using Spotify specifically, unless it's for podcasts. I don't have premium and likely won't get it, and watch a lot of youtube. Constantly tabbing in and out from work/gaming to pause or play youtube videos or a song that's not in spotify is a little frustrating. I see potential in GlanceThing having a HUGE advantage over DeskThing if you can make the current slot for "now playing on spotify" instead "now playing", so it just pauses, plays, etc. the most recent media that was playing. DeskThing does that on windows, I think, and if you could make it happen on MacOS that would be huge and greatly appreciated.
