Pasted Images No Longer Work

Current behavior

Pasting photos from my clipboard results in this error:

Additionally, I have found out that in some of my previous notes, the photos I pasted in their are also displaying the same issue.

I have investigated in my folders and found that the pictures are still in the stated path written in Boostnote.

Edit 1:
Curiously, I do not have this issue on Ubuntu 18.10. All of the pictures are present and working as usual. Could this be a Windows bug?

• Version : Boostnote 0.11.13
• OS Version and name : Windows 10

I have the same, Boostnote accepts only the splash mark in the path

Additionally, ctrl + v (and shift + ctrl + v) does not work
