opening the POTATO Testing Menu can cause the inability to move in 3den #417

Steps to reproduce:

Open POTATO dropdown in editor and click "Open Testing Menu", with a framework mission loaded
Sometimes, you will lose the ability to move around 3den with WASD until relaunching ARMA. Not every time.

Gut thoughts: something with timings; sometimes the testing menu is capturing the keyboard and not releasing it when the testing menu is closed
