Unable to compile in Unity 4.3.7f1(attached screenshot of console errors)

I am unable to compile the code in Unity. I've attached a screenshot of the compile errors.

I'm running Unity v.4.3.7f1, so the first place I'd check is finding out what version of Unity you're using to build the project.

I'm using the UI features in 4.6. Thy are very necessary for the project.
