It is confusing to have both types of Collections. Our proposal discussed today was to:

remove all restrictions from Brick collection and move them onto its subclasses (similar to how REC does their collections)
make Brick Collection equivalent to REC collection
add a SHACL warning rule that encourages users of Brick:Collection to use a more specific subclass
